I have always been passionate about helping people and supporting them in taking a positive step forward. It brings me such joy to make an impact on someone’s life. I’m excited to bring this passion to my coaching practice. Here’s a little bit about me:

• I am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

• I received my Professional Coaching Certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), which is accredited by the ICF.

• I am a Master Practitioner in a proprietary self-assessment tool called the Energy Leadership Index (through iPEC), which identifies the filters through which we approach life and provides insights into our beliefs and blocks.

• I am a COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS), after completing 40 hours of instruction and practice through iPEC. I have a specialized focus in the principles of Energy Leadership to help clients overcome challenges that arise during any type of transition.

• I spent 15 years in Advertising, most recently as a Vice President/Group Director in Client Services at Digitas. I led a 30 person cross-capability team in service of Fortune 500 brands like IBM, American Express, Harley-Davidson, Lenovo, and Bank of America.

• I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Trinity College, in Hartford Connecticut, with a Major in Political Science and Minor in Legal Studies

• I am the proud Mom of an energetic and fun-loving daughter and a cuddly, sleepy French bulldog.

• When I’m not coaching, I love to play tennis, practice yoga, try new restaurants, hang out with my family and friends, and travel.
